No. we only operate as an online shop

We use a variety of high quality ingredients in our cakes and icings, including milk, cream, butter, eggs, sugar and flour. Currently, we do not have any other nutritional information available for review.

Hawthorne And Evans doesn’t have gluten-free cakes but we could expand our product range and make gluten-free cakes in the future

Individual pieces will thaw in 30-60 minutes. A tray will thaw in under 2 hours. Once opened, defrosted, and kept in an airtight container the cake will last for 3 days. Frozen our cakes will have a minimum of 6 months life.

Yes. To start placing an order online check out the cakes you want to purchase, add it to cart when you’re finished adding products to cart proceed to the checkout and then fill in your shipping information. After you have filled the information you can make the payment by Paypal or Stripe, when you make the payment the order will be complete.

No. There are no minimum orders any product

Yes. our retail delivery service runs Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 3pm, we deliver to United Kingdom only

Not at this moment unfortunately. 

It should arrive within 3 days, Use your tracking number to track the status of your package on Parcel2Go.com. Deliveries typically occur during normal business hours through the services of Hermes, UPS or TNT. Your tracking number may not appear in the Parcel2Go tracking system for 24 hours. Please be patient. You will be able to see it delivery flow through the Parcel2Go system and know the estimated day it will arrive.

We will refund your purchase if for you are not happy with your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 2 working days of purchase by calling +44 (0) 20 7719 8782 or emailing us at salesdesk@hawthorneandevans.co.uk Due to the perishable nature of the goods we will collect the goods free of charge if the goods are faulty but if you have changed your mind we will deduct the cost of collection charges from your refund. Claims for breakages must be made within 2 working days of receipt of your order. We may offer an exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
